Implementation of the Digital Services Act (DSA)

As a platform provider in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), we take our responsibility seriously and create a secure and trustworthy online platform.

Below we explain how we implement our obligations under the DSA:

1. Clear policies

We have developed clear guidelines that define what content is and is not allowed on our platform. These guidelines serve as a guide for our content moderators and help us to control the quality of content on our platform. You can find more information in our Terms of Service (ToS).

2 Moderation of content

We use systematic procedures to identify and remove illegal or inappropriate content on our platform. We combine automated filters with manual reviews by our moderators to ensure effective content moderation.

3. Right to report content

You have the right to report illegal content or content that violates our guidelines. To do so, please use the Report content function on our platform. We will carefully review your report and respond appropriately according to our policy:

  1. Check report
  2. Clarify with reporter
  3. Check reported content
  4. Remove illegal content, if necessary
  5. Report to law enforcement or judicial authorities, if necessary
  6. Report in accordance with the DSA, if necessary
  7. Inform reporter about results
  8. File report and reporter data in accordance with the GDPR
     

4. Right to complain

You have the right to complain about the moderation of content. To do so, please contact support@scrummatch.com and explain the reason for your complaint. We will carefully review your complaint and respond appropriately.

5 Data protection and transparency

Your privacy and the protection of your data are important to us. That is why we inform you clearly about what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to your data. Our privacy policy explains in detail how we protect and use your data.

6 Continuous improvement

We regularly review and update our content moderation policies, procedures and technologies to ensure that they comply with current standards and best practices. We also take into account feedback from our users and the latest developments in online safety.
